Due to an expanding workload within Belgravia and the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea we are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic architect or chartered architectural technologist.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year's post qualification experience, a good knowledge of construction methods, detailing and current legislation.  

​

Enthusiastic and conscientious with experience of working on new build and refurbishment projects alike. You will have excellent technical and presentation skills with a strong design sensibility and an eye for detail.  

​

The role will involve taking a lead on projects through all RIBA work stages and you should be confident working directly with clients, consultants, statutory authorities and contractors. 

​

You will have superb communication skills and ability to co-ordinate, reporting to the directors but also working independently, within a dynamic team. Proficiency in AutoCAD drawing and 3D visualisation is required and the ability to sketch by hand is desirable. Experience with Revit would be a bonus but not a necessity.
