St Mark’s Hall, Denham

Community architecture | Feasibility & concept design

We were appointed following a competitive design process to reimagine St Mark’s Hall in Denham as a new hub for the local community. Our winning scheme proposed a flexible, light-filled hall and breakout spaces, with a strong connection to landscaped outdoor areas. A second phase introduced low-energy residential accommodation on site to help fund the project.

Following the competition, our scope has focused on a cost-effective new build or deep retrofit of the existing community hall, within a reduced budget. We continue to support the client with feasibility, planning and phasing advice.
